How to make all IM acounts to look like one of a desired user

Background

We have one IM user that has his account configured to our needs and can see all the tabs and all the pods in the tabs. Other users can only see the default IM configuration and no specific tabs and pods. We need all the IM user accounts to be like first user’s account.

Steps to Accomplish

There is a procedure which sets all IM4 pod placements for all users to that of a desired user (in this case HIGHWAYS). It also has a process type to allow the end users to run it and or schedule it.
  1. You need to run scripts im4_default_config_pushdown.sql and im4_push_down_process_manager_setup.sql.

  2. Then setup the process via the process manager modules in the application.
