Users cannot view a street which exists
User can get error HIG-0030: The value entered is not valid
Normally when a new user's login is created, they are assigned with a district and street groups. Some Organisations only have the one group, but others have several. The idea of doing this is to restrict what a user can see. So for example, if they only work in North West areas then a street group can be created containing North West authority USRN’s. The way to set these up is to go to TMA > Reference Data > Administration > Street Groups.
The Street Groups form allows you to create and name groups, then assign particular streets to that group.
Once the streets have been selected, the street group should be assigned to the user who needs access to these streets. To do this go to TMA > Reference Data > Administration > User Street Groups.
In the User Street Groups form, use the drop down to choose the appropriate username, then using the < or > move the appropriate street groups over to the right hand side. Or move them back to the left hand side if the user should no longer have access to that group.
If a user can’t see something that should be visible, check the street group is assigned to that user and if so, then check the street group and query back the USRN that should be in the list. If no results are returned add that USRN to the street group. Once done the user should then be able to view works notices against that street.
