A problem has been identified where a notice recipient was repeatedly being sent a notice, but no-one had re-tried it via the TMA3000 Monitor Web Service Transactions form. In some instances you may find that notice is being sent many times between midnight and 4am.
NOTE: If you have enabled the Notice Forwarding feature, please check to see if the recipient is a Forwarding Recipient. You can check this by looking on the Notice Forwarding Rules tab in the TMA2000 Notice Review Rules form. If so then please contact Bentley Technical Support Group for advice.
