Transactions either Sent or Received are recorded in TMA3000. If a transaction is at Error status on either send or receive, it needs to be investigated. You do this by highlighting the error transaction and looking at the 'Transaction Error' details tab.
Firstly check what the error says. If it is a 0210 notice and the error you see is, Internal error during notice validation, ORA-00001: unique constraint (ATLAS.TTRE_PK) violated.
Click Links at the top of the form and Link > View XML. Check the 'copy recipient' details. Is the same copy recipient recorded twice?
If Yes, the sender has sent incorrect data, so you will need to inform them so they can re-submitt the XML.
On page 81 of the EToN spec there is the following rule agaisnt sender, Primary and copy recipient of 0210 notice. It states: 'All Organisation reference 9i.e combinations of OrganisationID and DistrictID value) must be different'
