Problem

After pressing the running man icon to run a report, nothing happens

Solution

The issue could be related to pop up blockers being enabled within your browser.  In Internet Explorer, click Tools->Pop-Up Blocker, and ensure it is off.  If you are unable to see this option, your IT department may have restricted access.  Please contact them to allow the reports to run on your machine.
