Problem
On running some Exor reports (eg. Insurance Claim Reporting) the error message ‘REP-271468672: A temporary file cannot be created’ is appearing.
Solution
Check what a value is assigned to REPORTS_TMP on Windows OS registry (regedit.exe).
Make sure REPORTS_TMP points to a folder which is not temporary and can’t be removed by the operating system.
