On running any Exor report (DOC0160, MAI3505, MAI3919, etc ) a blank browser screen is appearing. An user is unable to print Work Order on MAI3919A form too.
Check Report server status on Application server. Is it OK. We recommend to restart (shutdown/start-up) Report server in that case. Usually Enterprise Manager (EM) is used for that purpose. Start EM, by default it is accessible from Application server on http://localhost:7001/console and login as WebLogic administrator.
In order to see the status of Report go to Environment\Servers (on left side menu tree) Configuration tab. Find a server named as WLS_REPORTS and check it’s status (Health must be OK).
In order to restart Report server select Control tab at the center and select WLS_REPORT server then press Shutdown. After 3-5 minutes press Start button for WLS_REPORTS. Wait 3-5 minutes and check the status of the Report server again.
