The user can’t see any data for the last month/period on IM4. Eg ‘Notices Issued by Work Category’ POD isn’t showing data for the last/current month. The same happens on other IM_NJUG PODs installed with ‘Utility Street Works Reporting Pack for Information Manager’ package
Check the job status of ‘TMA Works Phase Master Refresh’ process on HIG2520. If it is Broken you need to restart/resubmit this process
to renew TMA data in Oracle materialized views. You can start another ‘TMA Works Phase Master Refresh’ process from HIG2510 Submit Process form.
The schedule for this process must be set as ‘Daily at Midnight’. The process execution takes time and it can be from some minutes to some hours depending on your data amount.
