User reported that notices are not being sent out via web services.
Log into the web server and under the EToN_Outgoing composite, check the log files. Within the log files, you will see an error relating to a failure connecting to the database. If this is the case, consider making the following change:
Log into Web services console
Select DataSource --> Configuration --> Transaction and ensure "Set XA Transaction Timeout" is enabled
Alternatively, contact Bentley TSG to assist with enabling this option.
