When I try to delete some items from the System or User favourites menus it appears to have worked but when I log out and in again the items still appear.
There is a limitation with some of the standard Oracle software we call from the Favourites form (HIG1807) which means that the delete option will only work on folders or modules with names that contain 20 characters or less.
Unfortunately we do not have a workaround for this, so you need to contact Bentley Exor Support for a script to delete the items you want to remove, and in the future to limit folder / module names to 20 characters or less wherever possible.
