Background

I am doing Bulk Upload via MapCapture Interface MCP0200 form. After the load neither of the logs show any error messages. Asset Loader Log shows that all records are 'In Holding Table'. When you check the actual holding table in the database it is empty and data is not there.

Steps to Accomplish 

Please check the shapefile and make sure that EDITMODE field is not NULL.  It needs to be set to one of the values: 'C', 'I' or 'M'.
