Unable to logon in TIG web application.
The TIG presents the following logon form.
Click on OK after entering the username and password,
If you are redirected to the following Login failure page,"Login/Password is incorrect or has not been assigned the correct Role. See the TI Administrator if the problem persists"
This is because the user id exists in Exor but does not possess either the TIG_USER or TIG_ADMIN role, then the above message is displayed.
Perform the following steps:
1. Login to exor application through admin user. In the Launchpad, expand exor, expand security, run Users form2. Query the user, Click ‘enter query' button from the menu bar->enter in the fields->click ‘execute query’ button3. Click on ‘Roles’ tab, 4. Click on ‘create record’ from the menu bar->a blank row will be added->select ‘TI_ADMIN’ role , in Admin field enter ’Yes’5. Click on ‘create record’ from the menu bar->a blank row will be added->select ‘TI_USER’ role , in Admin field enter ’Yes’6. Save
