The reason of this error message might be behind alerts. It seems that system would want to mail a specific group, but this group contains no members. Usually, this error appears if there was a member earlier, but for some reason this member was removed or changed.
Another reason could be invalid email address.
1. Check email address.
2. Try getting receiving inbox e-mail address and if there isn't a mail user set up with this address yet, add one and make the recipient of the alerts that mail user.
If you need to check what Alert is being triggered by received Notice you can navigate to Alert Setup form: Exor, Reference Data, Mail, then Alert Setup (Fastpath: HIG1520). Query back the Alerts. You will see what triggers are enabled.
In this Alert Setup form you can see Mail Setup tab which contains the data about what Mail Users groups are attached to specific triggers and what parameters are included.
In Mail Groups form (HIG1901) you can query all created Mail Groups and Users attached to them.
Also if you need to know user's e-mail address you should navigate: Exor -> Security -> Users form. Query back desired user and under E-Mail tab you should address displayed.
