Error or Warning Message

When the "Run Now" button is used in the Process Monitor form (module HIG2520), this error appears:

HIG-0556: Unable to execute this process: comma-separated list invalid near

How to Avoid

This error usually arises because no process has been selected before hitting the "Run Now" button.  A defect has been raised to have this button greyed out unless a valid process is selected, but in the meantime please ensure you have selected a process before clicking the button.

If a process is selected and you get a similar message please contact the helpdesk via the Forum and we will investigate further.
