FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502

 

Explanation

This happens because Admin Unit is not specified for the user.


How to Avoid

  1. In Users form (HIG1832)  select the user.
     
  2. and set value for Admin Unit field.
