When MAS (Bentley Managed Services) user tries to access RDP Machine by using Remote Desktop, he/she is getting a message saying that
Remote Desktop can’t connect to the remote computer. Usually that happens when access is blocked to RDP Machine from the user network.
In that case, the user need to ask their IT to permit access to
Host: customer.assetwiseonline.bentley.com (184.108.40.206)
RDP port: 3389 (to both TCP and UDP)
