When I try to access the Managed Service Remote Desktop Machine for Spatial Manager I am getting a message saying that Remote Desktop can’t connect to the remote computer.
Usually that happens when access is blocked to Remote Desktop Machine from the user's internal network.
In that case, the user needs to ask their IT colleagues to permit access to
