In TMA3000 form notice is showing status - Pending Processing.
The reason behind this issue is usually that the system can't find the next Notice Sequence, for example:
Notice1, Seq Num 1
Notice2, Seq Num 2
Notice 3, Seq Num 5
Notice 4, Seq Num 6
In this example, system missing notice sequence 3 and 4, and if notices are correct and not causing errors, system will load Notice3 after 720 minutes. This is controlled by product option PNDNGTIME but we would recommend the solution below rather than changing the pending timeout, so that you can ensure no notices are going to be loaded in the wrong order.
You can speed up the load of notices:
1. Query the notice in TMA3000
2. Horizontally scroll to the column called "Timeout Deadline" and click the calendar icon that is situated on the right.
3. Set current time and add few minutes in the future.
4. Save.
5. If you don't want to wait longer, run TMA Notice Received (it usually runs after 5-30 minutes) process so the notice will load.
