Problem

Whilst in the form 'Monitor Web Service Transactions', I am unable to use Links->Works.  The TMA Works form opens, but the data is not transferred.  This can also happen when linking to the Works form from other areas of the application, e.g. the FPN form or Review Notices.

Solution

 Ensure the following processes are scheduled within Process Monitor:

• TMA Send Notices
• TMA Receive Notices
• TMA Upload Inspections
• TMA Reset Forwarding Errors (This needs to be running if the product option FWD_NOTICE is
  set to 'Y')
• TMA Evaluate Applied Notices
• TMA Houskeeping
