When attempting to respond on a Works created by a Defective Apparatus notice, user attempts to choose the notice type from the list and sees the error:
FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries
There should be 3 notice types to respond to this Works created by a Defective Apparatus notice:
but in this case none were available.
Check the Works Phase status at the top of the Works form. The status would usually be 'Awaiting Response' at this stage, but in this example it was 'Unassigned'.
If the status is 'Awaiting Response', contact Bentley Support for further assistance.
If the status is 'Unassigned' go to Data Exchange / Web Services / Monitor Web Service Transactions (TMA3000) and check the notices for this Works. You will probably find the Defective Apparatus notice errored.
In this case it was because of a temporary server issue and the issue was resolved simply by retrying the Defective Apparatus notice.If retrying the notice does not work contact Bentley Support for further assistance.
