Sometimes user might send notice accidentally by mistake and might face FPN charge in some cases for this. For example, user sent notice with a wrong works prefix.
Unforntunately we are not able to change this as the notice has been sent. The only thing what user can do is to contact authority and request an early start for another notice. Create notice with the early start, using correct prefix. Once this has been put in progress, user should send a 'revert Actual Start' and faulty notice and follow up it with cancellation.
