Problem

Error can occur with a number of scenarios.

1. Loading an Inspection File through the Maintenance Inspection Loader spawns a process that fails in the Process Monitor with message

2. This issue has also occurred trying to schedule Alerts in Enquiry Manager the process monitor displays

Fails to run scheduled alerts the alert process returns an outcome of "failed" with details;

3. In form NM0105 when editing an element get

If i try to create a street in ArcMap i get the same SQL error

Solution

Check if fix NET 4700 FIX23 has been applied, if it has then check the version of package nm3flx, if it is at version 2.17 then this error will occur. To resolve revert package to version 2.16 as this will overcome. NET4700 FIX23 (Build 2) should be applied which does not overwrite the package above and leaves at 2.16.Please contact Support to get relevant patch and package or to discuss.
