HIG-0541: There has been an error transferring the file from its location. Please check the Java console.

Explanation

On opening document from navigator or after clicking Display button in Documents DOC0100 form the error message below appears.

 

How to Avoid

 

Open Java console.  How to do this please see in link below

and check if java console log contains WUT-131 error message as in screenshot below.

 

 

 

This means that working directory is not set / configured or doesn’t exists on user PC.

Please set the WORKFOLDER option either in User Options for a single user or Product Options for all users.  Please note this directory must exist on the user's PC and the user should have full permissions on it.
