Problem

User is not able to save Non-Street Works activities form (TMA1150). The following error message is displayed:

HIG-0169: Database constraint violated: TNSW_UK

Solution

  1. If Non-SWA Ref is being entered manually, check that no other Non-SWAs exist with that reference number already.
  2. If automatic Non-SWA Ref generation is being used, check the user has at least one organisation and district assigned to them in the Administer User Districts form (NSG0120).  They need at least one assigned before this form will work.
  3. If they do have an organisation / district assigned, contact Support for instructions on how to check if the sequence needs resetting.
