This error message appears when the process generates an email text.
Click on Scheduled Events tab
Select all events
Check all events if event’s Email Text contains dynamic parameter {table} then one or more parameters must be selected as shown below.
This is a relatively rare situation that can happen if something occurred to prevent the status of an alert mail record changing to Completed or Error, for example if there was a problem with the mail server, or an interruption in the network connection etc. If you have checked Option 1 above and all seems fine, then for Managed Service users, contact Bentley Support to ask them to check for any alert mails stuck at pending. If you are not a Managed Service user run this query as the Highways owner user:
select count(*)
from hig_alerts
where hal_status = 'Pending'
and hal_date_modified < (sysdate+(10/(24*60)));
If it returns anything other than zero please contact Bentley Support for guidance on clearing the Pending alerts.
