On uploading the inspection RSI files into the system the files are being uploaded although the inspector has been end-dated.
It depends on when the inspector/user was end-dated in the system. On uploading RSI files into the system, Exor is checking when the user was end-dated (in HIG_USERS table)
and what is the inspection date in the RSI file. If it appears that the user has been already end-dated and the date in the inspection file is later (or the same date to when an user was end-dated) so that inspection is not being uploaded into the system.
Otherwise an inspection is being uploaded in. Below are some cases to make it clearer:
Case1. if the inspection date in the file is 24-November and the user is locked - that inspection file will be loaded into the system
Case2. if the inspection date in the file is 20-November and the user was end-dated on 24-November, and the inspection file was uploaded in on 25-November - that inspection file will be uploaded into the system.
Case3. if the inspection date in the file is 24-November and the user was end-dated on 24-November - that inspection file will NOT be uploaded into the system
