    Discoverer Plus does not start.

    Problem

    After entering connection details in Discoverer Plus it does not start. White screen appears. Please see a screenshot below

     


    Solution

    This happens if starting page was added to Compatibility View list.

    In IE go Tools>Compatibility View Settings and delete the site from the list.
