Unable to view Type 13 records following an NSG load

Problem

After carrying out an NSG load, the Type 13 records do not appear in the load summary.

This issue is due to the number of digits for the ESU. Ensure the ESU ID is 14 digits in length and if necessary, left pad with a zero.
