Notices are not being received. However, outgoing notices appear to be sending successfully.
The log files within the Enterprise Management console displays the following error under the composite 'ETON_Incoming 2.1'
The composite has been switched off. Please use the management consoles and enable it.
On the webserver, log into the Enterprise Management console and select the Eton_Incoming 2.1 composite. Next, select the 'Shutdown' button, then the 'Start Up' button, which is situated on the right hand pane. The composite will start successfully and notices should start to be received.
