Explanation

NSG load batch step 15 contains warning message mentioned above.

How to Avoid

This message appears because the there is no data in user_sdo_geom_metadata table. This can be fixed if you go to Exor>GIS Layer Tool>SDO Layers>Network Manager>Node Layer and click on "Build Point Locations" button.
