Explanation

This error occurred when applying a bespoke schedule frequency to an alert and saving the record.  The schedule frequency in this case was named 'daily at 7' and specified as:

freq=daily; byhour=7; byminute=0; bysecond=0;

How to Avoid

Use a leading zero in the frequency definition for any single-digit hours, i.e.

freq=daily; byhour=07; byminute=0; bysecond=0;
