How to set up scheduling frequencies for use in Exor, e.g. in processes and alerts
Background
Some scheduling frequencies are supplied as standard with the Exor application and cannot be edited, but sometimes the user may want to set up different ones for their specific needs.
Steps to Accomplish
- Go to Exor / Processes / Scheduling Frequencies (form HIG2530)

In a new record, enter the description, the scheduler frequency and if it's a minute frequency, the interval too.

Guidance on the format of the scheduler frequency field can be found in the Exor General Admin Guide. Some examples are:

Execute every Friday: – FREQ=WEEKLY; BYDAY=FRI;

Execute every other Friday: – FREQ=WEEKLY; INTERVAL=2; BYDAY=FRI;

Execute on the last day of every month: – FREQ=MONTHLY; BYMONTHDAY-1;

Execute on the next to last day of every month: – FREQ=MONTHLY; BYMONTHDAY-2;

Execute on March 10th: – FREQ=YEARLY; BYMONTH=MAR; BYMONTHDAY=10;

Execute every 10 days: – FREQ=DAILY; INTERVAL=10;
