    Problem

Whilst running an inspection file into the loader and with Automation rules set up the following warning messages was received:

Warning:Defect Id: xxxxx Repair Type: P was not added to the Work Order because: Defect Is On a Section That Is Not A Member Of The Specified Work Order Road Group.

    Solution

Check the product option GISGRPTYP and GISGRPL , as the section of road the inspection is on is not a member of the road group that GIDGRPL is using - so a work order cannot automatically be created from the rules setup.

Either add the section to an appropriate road group or change the road group to one that has the section either directly or make sure it is within a hierarchy of an appropriate group.

To see which group a section is in  it is useful to use the form NM0105 - Elements to query back a section and then use the hammer icon along the top of the form and choose the Member of button to see which groups the section belongs to.

You may also wish to check that the defauly scheme type DEFSCHTYPL is also populated and valid against the Domain SCHEME_TYPES.
