&lt;p&gt;This error occurs when the XML of the incoming notice has errors and cannot be processed by Exor Noticing Manager.&amp;nbsp; There can be many reasons for the error and we have listed the ones we have encountered below.&amp;nbsp; If you can&amp;#39;t see what&amp;#39;s wrong with the XML please contact Support with the XML of the notice in question (see See Also section for a link to instructions on how to do this).&lt;/p&gt;
