Sometimes Support will request details from the Java Console which keeps logs of Java activity while Highways by Exor is running.

Background

A lot of users will find that the console is automatically enabled, but if you are asked for the console logs and cannot see the Java icon in the system tray, this is how to enable it.

Steps to Accomplish

Log out of Highways by Exor and close all browser windows.
Open the Java Control Panel. you can go to the main Windows Control Panel - there should be a Java option under there. If not then use the search by the Start Menu and type Java - it should come up either as Java Control Panel or Configure Java.
In the Java Control Panel, click the Advanced tab.
Scroll down to the Java Console options and click Show Console.
Click OK to accept your changes.
Restart Highways by Exor from a new browser window.
