Problem Description

Unable to change one type of issued Direction notice type to another(1600 and 1601). For e.g. If a notice is sent with Direction of Placement of apparatus for a particular work reference then we cannot select a notice for Direction on Timing and vice versa

Solution

1. A work reference is created with initial notice.

2. Open Directions(TMA1070). Select any work reference in Direction Details.

3. In Notice details, select 'Direction on Placing Apparatus', add comments and send notice.

4. Again if you want to send another notice of 'Direction on Timing' for the same work reference then we are unable to select it.

5. To send a subsequent Direction, you simply have to click on direction Notice Type field and Click on the 'Create Record icon'(green +) on the toolbar
