New Scheduled Alert for defects does not work and users do not receive alert emails
This was a specific case where a new scheduled alert failed because there were some Maintenance Manager defects whose priority and activity values were not not specified (nor end-dated) in Exor metadata on NM0301 Asset Domain form.
1. Delete defects with invalid priority and / or activity values
2. Set new values in the Asset Domain (NM0301) form accordingly.
