After enabling Map Manager, it cannot be seen in the panel.
This is caused by a dialogue positioning issue, which is stored within the user preferences (.upf file). The upf file can be found under a location similar to the following:
D:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Bentley\MapCapture\8.11\LXg2w9P6kor3DHSdeTUsPw\prefs
Remove all UPF files associated with the production environment, then relaunch Bentley MapCapture. Map Manager should now appear.
