An user is getting “Invalid File: Foundation Class exception [2]” errors on converting batch files (jp2,itiff) in Raster Manager in MapCapture.The problem is inconsistent as on re-runs the same file is converted successfully. The process appears to run very slowly and ‘not responding’ message is appearing.
The error is caused by running out of disc space in the user device. Deleting some large files from the device resolves the issue.
