Issue
When an user tries to access Exor forms, the user faces with a blank screen. The latest Java version (1.8 update 181) is installed on the user PC. Adding Exor server url to Trusted Sites or adding it to Java Exception List on the PC – does’t resolve the issue. Some days ago the user could launch Exor forms without any issue.
Solution
Reinstall Java on the PC. At first remove all existing Java versions from the PC and then install Java on the PC.
