A user unable to see the Title Bar image for any of the POD's, please see the attached screen shot
IM4: go to Config>Pods and in tab from issue (Home in our case) try to delete Map POD and refresh the tab (Home). If the Title Bar appears then the map settings were provided incorrectly. How to configure it please see in link below
