    PEM: DOC0150 form ORA-29277: invalid SMTP operation

    Problem

    Users cannot save a new or update an enquiry. Please see the screenshot of the error message.

     

     

    If you click on Ok button and then go to Help>Display Error the real error is displayed:

    ORA-29279: SMTP permanent error: 503 illegal command sequence

     

     

    Solution

    This is a known issue. The emails are not sent to the internal user. The defect number is TFS#426524. As a work around to the issue please create contact as a normal Exor user in Users form and assign it to the enquiry.
