Issue

We are working on windows 10 machines and I have had the latest version of Java installed by our IT, however when I try to access Exor I get presented with a certificate error (‘The certificate used to-identify the website is not trusted. The reasons are listed below. The Certificate Authority that issued this certificate is not trusted’) and on opening Exor forms FRM-92091 error is shown.

 Solution

 Check if the certificate is valid, not expired (Open Java Control Panel, go to Security tab, press on Manage Certificate button, select a certificate and press on Details, go to Validity field). If a certificate has expired, please renew it.
