Issue

I have got 3 Defects that are Authorised but I cannot Instruct them which means they are not transferring to our Contractor software to allow us to close them down.

Solution

A workaround is to extend the Year End Date for the Contract and then to instruct the Work Orders. Please, open MAI3880 Contracts form, find the particular Contract and extend it’s Year End Date. Then instruct the Work Orders.
