How to block read-only users from uploading data using CSV files

The read-only user can load CSV data, how to block this?

Steps to Accomplish

If you are using the "CSV File Upload" form, then read-only users can be blocked from uploading data by removing access to the HIGWEB2030 form. Please

Go to Launchpad>Exor>Security and run Modules form.
In this form query back HIGWEB2030
Check there are no Read-Only roles in Roles list under Security
