How to bulk end-date or delete assets in AWLRS 

Open the Asset Maintenance Form in AWLRS and select Asset Criteria

Select Open Asset Query

Enter a name for the Query.  If you select [Temporary], the query will only be useable during the current session.  Select an asset type and attributes to query the assets to end-date or delete and press either

[Save Changes] or [Save Changes and Close].

Press the [Search] Button to execute the query and return results.  Select the assets to end-date or delete and then press the [Show only selected X assets] where X represents the number of assets selected.  This will open a tool menu that will allow the user to either bulk end-date or delete the chosen assets.  NOTE:  You can also access the Global Asset Update tool from this menu.
