Managed Service users - Remote Desktop password expired


How to request a new remote desktop password when it has expired

 

Introduction:

Some of our Managed Service users need remote desktop accounts for the functions they perform.  For security reasons, the passwords on those accounts need to be reset on a regular basis.

 

Overview:  

How-To: 

Step 1:  Go to https://bentleysystems.service-now.com/csp and if necessary, log in using the 'using IMS' button. Your login will be your email address and password used to access the software (not your remote desktop credentials)

Step 2:  Create a new case, selecting Technical Support for the case type, and selecting Exor Network Manager as the product

Step 3:  In the description of the case, as well as saying that you're asking for a remote desktop password reset, please include your bentleyhosting.com ID - it's usually firstname.lastname@bentleyhosting.com.

Bentley Support will pick up the request and arrange the password reset, then send the new password back to you.
