Unable to log into SSRS Reports

 When trying to log into SSRS Reports for Network Event Manager, you are presented with a login screen requesting a user ID and password instead of your usual email address and password credentials:

Solution:

Raise a case with Bentley Support via https://bentleysystems.service-now.com/csp.  Select Technical Support as the type, and Exor Network Event Manager as the product.  In the description, explain that you're trying to log into reports and that it's prompting for a user ID and password.  The analyst will reset the password and send details of the user ID and password to you.  After you've used these credentials to log in once, it should revert to letting you log in with your email address as you do for NEM itself.
