When trying to run embedded reports from within Structures Manager, an error appears saying Unable to connect to the data model:
Analyst users may also be unable to log into the data model via Power BI
Solution:
Step 1: Raise a support case with Bentley Support, explaining which report(s) will not run, and giving full details of the error message, including a screenshot if possible. Bentley Support will check the configuration and work with Managed Services to resolve the issue.
