Main-Engine Stage Error: Cannot create an Inspection on Asset (xxxxxxxx) because the asset did not exist in the suggested Inspection Date

There will be some components with a start date after the actual start date of the inspection. End-dating the components does not prevent the error occurring.

Unfortunately these start dates cannot be edited by users, so the solution is to contact Bentley Support by going to Bentley Customer Service Portal and raising a case. Bentley Support will reset the start dates so that the inspection can be processed.
